Studio Guidelines
Policies
Late Policy
- A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After 5 minutes, you will be considered late. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and, if you are booked under a package, the session will be deducted.
Cancellation Policy
- I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited session if you are booked under a package.
- Cancellations made within 30 minutes of your appointment time are considered unacceptable and will automatically count as a used session.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a forfeited session and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
No Refund Policy
- All services and packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.
